Booking & Cancellation policy:

• All GIT Bookings (8 rooms and above) must be confirmed 45 days in advance with the details of the Guest Name and Nationality.
• If the booking is made less than 45 days in advance, then the acceptance of the booking confirmation should be sent on the same day by fax or e-mail with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount.
• The above rates are on per room per day basis.
• The above rates are net and non-commissionable.
• For all foreign nationals, on arrival requested to provide the Xerox copy of their passport and VISA.
• Check-in / Check-out time for all the above hotels and resorts will be 12.00 Noon.
• All FIT/GIT guest/s should present the voucher/exchange order at the time of check in.
• These rates are not valid for any conferences, events and exhibitions.
• Cancellation GIT: -  if cancellation is made between 5-10 days, the 50% amount is forfeited and with less than 5 days remaining, the client loses the entire amount for GIT and
• Cancellation FIT: - if cancellation is made between 5-10 days, the 25% amount is forfeited and with less than 5 days remaining, the client is liable to pay one night charges as retention.
